Custom Plugin Update - Version 1.3.0

Update will include a main GUI for many of our new features (use the /ns command), many new custom items, automated Refer-A-Friend system, updated server security, updated custom textures (please use Optifine for the full experience), and a surprise feature related to our custom gear sets!
